SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
Sustainable development for GMM encompasses three dimensions: economic, social, and
environmental. Valuing both people and the environment and acting responsibly are embraced by
GMM, with these dimensions being considered as a way to bring together the broad expectations
of society. As GMM, we strive to fulfill our social and environmental responsibilities to the
community in collaborative cooperation with our shareholders, employees, the public, civil society
organizations, and other stakeholders.
GMM conducts its business activities and operations within the framework of fundamental
principles such as accountability, transparency, ethical behavior, respect for stakeholder interests,
compliance with legal rules, respect for international behavioral norms, and respect for human
rights. By declaring continuous improvement through the Integrated Management System Policy,
we commit to being an organization that responds to all stakeholders.
Our Responsibilities Towards Employees
The working age is as determined by laws, and child labor is not allowed and not supported. We
conduct our activities within the framework of human rights and global principles, fulfilling all
employee rights in full. Our wage policy is evaluated based on the knowledge and skills of our
employees, and payment below the minimum wage is not made. We do not employ our employees
under any pressure. All our employees are employed in suitable positions under equal conditions
with their consent. We continue all our activities within the scope of our Occupational Health and
Safety Policy to create a safe and healthy working environment. We support teamwork and
collaboration; we encourage diligence, discipline, thoroughness, and patience. In all activities we
carry out within the institution and corporately, we treat our employees honestly and fairly, and we
do not accept discrimination based on language, race, color, gender, religion, sect, political
opinion, age, physical disability, and similar reasons. Management listens to the wishes and
complaints of all employees. Employees report their requests and complaints to the management,
and the solutions to these issues are analyzed and concluded by the management.
Our Responsibilities Towards Nature and the Environment
We perform all our activities at the highest level within the scope of Environmental
Requirements under our Environmental Policy. We direct our efforts with a consciousness of
sensitivity beyond legal obligations regarding environmental issues. In our service and process
designs, we consider Reducing Environmental Impacts and Conserving Energy and Natural
Resources as our priority and one of our most important tasks for a sustainable world.
Our Responsibilities Towards Shareholders
By prioritizing sustainability and aiming to create value for its shareholders, GMM makes
decisions based on well-known economic criteria, ensuring the most efficient management of its
resources and assets with financial discipline and accountability.
Our Responsibilities Towards Customers
We have an approach focused on customer satisfaction, responding to the needs and requests
of our customers in the shortest time and in the most accurate way possible. We deliver our
services on time and under the conditions we promised; we approach our customers with respect,
equality, and courtesy.
Our Responsibilities Towards Laws
GMM complies with and implements national and international legislation and regulations in all its
activities.
Our Responsibilities Towards Society
GMM supports education, science, health, environmental protection projects, social relations,
and sports for solving the problems humanity faces. As GMM, we commit to periodically updating
our Social Responsibility Policy based on the audit results of the Social Responsibility
Management System and changing conditions in the future.
